MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - For the second time this week, two people were behind bars in the Riley County Jail after they were arrested Thursday night on the northwest side of Manhattan, authorities said. The arrested individuals were identified as David Labombarbe, 39, and Bailey Crumpton, 27, both of Manhattan.
